摘要 Clara细胞主要分布于终末细支气管和呼吸性细支气管上的无纤毛上皮细胞,具有活跃的增殖分化特性,参与支气管上皮损伤的修复过程。Clara细胞分泌蛋白-16(CC16)是Clara细胞最主要的分泌物。国内外研究表明,CC16具有抗炎、抗氧化、调节免疫及抑制肿瘤的生成和转移等多种生物活性。近年来研究发现,CC16与小儿支气管哮喘的发病机制、诊断及治疗有密切关系,其中CC16与Th1/Th2失衡的关系成为现今一研究热点,倍受学者们的关注。 Objective: Clara cells are epithelial cells without clha located mainly m the terminal oronchiales and the respiratory bronchiales, With the proliferation and differentiation of active, involved in bronchial epithelial injury repair.CC16(Clara cell secret 16 - kd protein)is the major protein secreted by Clara cells, Research shows that at home and abroad, it plays an important protective role in anti - inflammatory response, oxidative stress, immunological regulation, inhibition of tumor generate and metastasis. The recent researches showed that CC16 is closely related with pathogenesis, diagnosis and therapy of bronchial asthma. The relationship between CC16 and imbalance of Th1/Th2 has been becoming a hot spot.
