偏瘫患者患侧重心转移能力与健侧跨步长的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:判断偏瘫患者患侧重心转移能力与健侧跨步长的相关性,寻找能够有效改善步行能力的治疗方法。方法:通过对21例偏瘫患者的研究,分别测量其重心转移距离及健步跨步长,并对两者行Pear-son相关性分析,然后进行逐步回归分析。结果:患侧重心转移能力与健侧跨步长的相关性差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:患侧重心转移能力与健侧跨步长呈高度相关性,在偏瘫患者康复训练中,重心转移对步行能力的提高具有重要临床意义。
