多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌金属β-内酰胺酶基因型及传播机制 被引量:7

摘要 铜绿假单胞菌可导致医院获得性感染,是呼吸机相关肺炎的首位病原菌。由此菌引起的菌血症病死率达70%。碳青霉烯类抗生素对大多数β-内酰胺酶,包括超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)和产头孢菌素Cβ-内酰胺酶(AmpC酶)稳定,具有抗菌谱广、杀菌活性强的特点,对铜绿假单胞菌也有很好的抗菌活性。产金属β-内酰胺酶(金属酶)是该菌耐药的重要原因,目前在铜绿假单胞菌中发现的碳青霉烯酶主要为IMP型和VIM型金属酶。我们对分离的多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌金属酶及其相关整合子进行较为深入的研究,以期结合临床提供有用的分子流行病学资料。
