摘要
选用超声提取法,并用正交实验对厚朴酚与和厚朴酚提取工艺的影响因素进行了优化。找到了最佳的厚朴酚与和厚朴酚及总酚的组合提取方法。结果表明,经优化的超声提取工艺提高了提取效率,降低了成本,更适用于实验室提取与工业化生产。
In order to optimize technology, improve extracting efficiency and reduce the extraction cost, the ultrasound extraction had been used and optimized the influence elements by orthogonal design. The result showed that the optimized ultrasound extraction technology enhanced the extraction efficiency, also reduced the cost, and more suitable for the laboratory extraction and the industrialization production.
