基于失效率调整因子的多目标动态预防性维护决策建模 被引量:21

摘要 针对静态维护策略中事先确定固定维护周期以及当前维护决策多为单一目标决策的不足,引入整合失效率调整因子的修复非新模型,采用动态预防性维护决策,更符合随役龄增加而使设备的预防性维护周期递减的实际情况.在此基础上,整合优化维修成本率和设备可用度,建立一种动态预防性维护的多目标决策模型.数值实例结果表明,利用多目标动态预防性维护决策模型,可求出基于维修成本率最小和设备可用度最大的各维护周期最优预防性维护时间间隔. The research deals with dynamic preventive maintenance decision with hybrid evolution factors based imperfect maintenance model, which is more available than static maintenance decision with immobile periods since the fact that the degradation rate will unavoidably increase with increasing system age. The criterion used to determine the optimality of preventive maintenance periods is the multi-attribute model established based on the maintenance cost rate and the equipment availability rate. Based on all above, a dynamic algorithm was presented. The results of a numerical example indicate that the proposed algorithm is valid for resolving the optimal time intervals of different preventive maintenance periods.
