1,3-二苯基吡唑的脱氢合成

Dehydrogenation Synthesis of 1,3-Diphenylpyrazoles

摘要 以取代1,3-二苯基吡唑啉为原料,采用硅胶负载的高锰酸钾作为脱氢剂,合成了一系列1,3-二苯基吡唑衍生物.该方法具有操作简便、条件温和、收率高的优点. A series of 1,3-diphenylpyrazole derivatives were synthesized from substituted 1,3-diphenylpyrazolines with potassium permanganate supported on silica gel as dehydrogenation reagent at room temperature. The reactions were easily worked up with high yields under mild conditions.
