摘要
目的探索硫酸钙骨粉混合抗生素在腰椎原发性椎间隙感染治疗中的应用。方法对26例腰椎原发性椎间隙感染患者采取侧方经腰椎前外侧入路对感染椎间隙行病灶清除后,将填入混合有抗生素的硫酸钙骨粉填入该椎间隙。结合术后大量应用抗生素及腰部支具外固定的方法。结果术后26例患者获得2-10年的随访,感染无1例复发,植入硫酸钙骨粉的椎间隙骨性融合。结论将混合有抗生素的硫酸钙骨粉植入腰椎病灶清除术后的骨缺损区,结合术后腰部支具外固定的方法对治疗腰椎原发性椎间隙感染有效。
Objective To research on the application of the calcium sulfate powder combined with antibiotics tan operation on primary infection in lumbar intervertebral space. Methods After the 26 Patients with primary infection in lumbar intervertebral space received the cleaning operation on focus infection through lateo-anterior lumbar verteberae,the defect area fo bone was treated with the calcium sulfate cement combined with antibiotics. The plenty of antibiotics and the barce for lmnbar spine were applied afte the operation. Results All the 26 patients were followed-up visits keeped for 2 to 10 years,the infection never recurred,the calcium sulfate cement coalesced with the verebra. Conclusion To insert the which is calcium sulfate cement combined with antibiotics into the defect area of bone created by the cleaning operation on focus infection,and combined with the brace for lumbar spine. It is a effective therapy for the treatment on primary infection of lumbar intervertebral space.
