自体深筋膜条修复兔腰椎失稳的磁共振影像计量分析

摘要 目的研究自体深筋膜条修复兔腰椎失稳椎间盘的磁共振成像变化;方法对16只新西兰白兔进行外科手术操作,导致其腰椎失稳、椎间盘的退变,饲养三个月后随机抽取8只为治疗组,另外8支为对照组,对治疗组进行二次手术,用自体深筋膜条对其进行棘突间的固定以修复腰椎失稳,二次手术三个月后对比两组的MRI表现;结果治疗组腰椎失稳、椎间盘退变MRI表现轻于对照组,对MRI信号值进行配对t检验,在MRI扫描参数为TR3000,TE135ms时,对照组MRI信号值为123.75,治疗组为150.75,P值=0.007,统计学差异有显著意义;结论用深筋膜条修复兔腰椎失稳,能延缓椎间盘退变,可以进一步研究。 Objective Research the MRI signal change of abdominal vertebra destabilizing indicated disc degeneration after the reparation with self fascia profunda. Methods Operating on 16 New Zealand rabbits,lead the change of lumbar vertebra destabilizing and degeneration of disc. Divide these 16 rabbits into 2 groups which are the group of test and the group of control both of the groups have 8 rabbits selected in random ways. Breed these 2 groups under the same condition. At the 3rd month after the operation. Another operation for repair the destabilizing with self fascia profumds were done. Then compared these 2 groups of MILl signal change after another 3 months. Results The class with interspinal pexy was less damaged with the MRI signal measurements on destabilizing and disc degeneration. The data had great difference on statistic then test the date of MRI signal with pair-T-analysis.The results of the T analysis was under the condition of MRI scan parameter should be TR 3000ms,TE 135ms. The test group MRI signal=150.75,the control group MRI signal=123.75,P=0.007. The data had very great different under the statistics meaning. Conclusion The reparation methods of interspinal pexy on inhibit vertebra destabilizing and degeneration with self fascia profunda is worth to do more research.
