摘要
利用CFD技术,基于N-S方程,应用标准κ-ε模型和标准壁面函数对单级部分流泵在设计工况进行了三维湍流数值模拟。为了验证不同的叶片进出口安放角并与螺旋形蜗壳搭配对切线泵性能的影响,设计3个不同的模型进行模拟,分析了叶轮流道内的压力场、速度场的变化规律,并预测出其性能曲线。结果表明,部分流泵的叶轮叶片进、出口具有合适安放角,可以减小性能曲线的陡降度,提高扬程,并使效率有所提高。
The standard κ-ε model and wall functions based on the Navier-Stokes equations were applied to the numerical simulation of three-dimensional turbulence flow at different points for single stage partial flow pump by means of CFD. In order to verify the effect by different positioning angle in inlet and outlet of the pump impeller to the pump performance, three different models and simulations were designed. The velocity and the pressure fields were analyzed in detail so as to predicate the pump performance curve. The experimental results showed that the efficiency and head of the pump and the curve of characteristic smooth could be improved.
