摘要 为产生低频脉冲采油技术中的低频脉冲波,设计了一种延时先导阀。阐述了延时先导阀的工作原理,并根据延时先导阀的工作过程,建立了其开启阶段的特性方程。分析了影响先导阀工作频率的相关因素。以控制流量输入进行了实例仿真,并对仿真结果进行了分析。 A pilot valve with time-delay was developed and its working principle was introduced, with the aim at the production of Low-Frequency-Hydraulic-Pulse during low frequency pulse oil recovery. Characteristic equation of opening state was established according to working process. The factors related to working frequency were analyzed. Then the system was simulated and the result was analyzed on the basis of the control signal of flow.
