摘要
在仪器的虚拟样机设计阶段引入COSMOSFloWorks计算复杂腔体内油液的体积,并以此为基础进行仪器的压力平衡设计。基于COSMOSFloWorks的流体体积计算准确可靠,避免了传统注油试验方式的弊端,缩短了测井仪器开发周期,大大降低了仪器的研发成本。基于COSMOS-FloWorks的压力平衡设计方法为类似的井下仪器设计提供了有益的参考。
COSMOSFloWorks was introduced to calculate the fluid volume in complex instrument; the computed result was accurate and direct-viewing. Based on COSMOSFloWorks in welllogging instrument's pressure-balance design, the design precision was increased and design time was reduced. This pressure-balance design based on COSMOSFloWorks provides a useful reference for similar instruments.
