摘要 针对屯留煤矿原有的巷道布置形式,在保证两进两回通风方式的基础上,改变巷道掘进顺序和煤柱宽度,使得煤柱较小的中间巷仅受1个工作面采动支承应力作用,显著改善巷道维护状况。在相邻工作面之间采用合理的煤柱宽度,减少采动支承应力的作用,同时提高采区采出率。通过UDEC软件进行数值模拟,分析巷道围岩在不同煤柱宽度下位移、应力和塑性区的分布与变化规律,确定合理的煤柱宽度,为矿井的安全高效回采提供了依据。 According to the previous gateway layout in Tunliu Mine and based on the circumstances to ensure the two income and two return ventilation mode, the changes of the gateway driving sequence and the coal pillar width could make the small middle gateway between the coal pillars to bear the mining active support stress from one coal mining face and could be obviously to improve the maintenance status of the gateway. The rational width of the coal pillars with the adjacent coal mining faces could reduce the mining active support stress and could improve the mining rate of the coal mining blocks. The numerical simulation with UDEC software was applied to analyze the displacement, stress and plastic zone distribution and variation of the gateway surrounding rock under different coal pillar widths and to determine the rational coal pillar width in order to provide the basis for the mine safety and high efficient mining.
