摘要
为解决长春羊草煤业公司二矿易燃厚煤层综放面自然发火防治问题,在对9101综放面自然发火危险性分析的基础上,针对可能产生自然发火的地点、时间和发火原因制定了以注氮为主,均压、工作面上下端头砌编织袋密闭堵漏、采空区高位钻孔注浆或注水降温、抽放瓦斯等为辅的综合防治技术措施,并成功地对9101综放面采空区自然发火危险进行了治理。试验证明,保证采空区注氮防火效果的关键是减少采空区漏风、缩小氧化带,前移窒息带和降低被氧化浮煤的温度。
In order to solve the difficult problems of the spontaneous combustion prevention and control in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in combustible thick seam of No. 2 Mine of Changchun Yangcao Coal Mining Company, base on the analysis on sponta- neous combustion danger in the 9101 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face and according to the location, time and combustion cause of the spontaneous combustion occurred, the comprehensive prevention and control technical measures with the main technical measure of the nitrogen injection and the auxiliary measures of the balanced pressure, the plastic bags stacked sealing at the both face ends of the coal mining face, high level borehole grouting or borehole water injection in the goaf for the temperature control, borehole gas drainage and others were conducted. The spontaneous combustion dangers in the goaf of the 9101 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face were successfully controlled. The prevention and control practices of the spontaneous combustion in the 9101 fully mechanized top coal ca- ving mining face showed that the key to ensure the nitrogen injection results for the prevention and control of the spontaneous combustion in the goaf was to reduce the air leakage and oxidized zone in the goaf, including the suffocation zone to be forwardly located and oxidized coal temperature on the floor to be reduced.
