摘要
近年来德国的技术出版物上一些作者一再建议对输送机系统的带速进行控制,其控制基准是保持输送机的物料填充率为100%,即采用适应性降低带速的方法,达到保持平均运输能力的高利用率的目标。据说这种类型的运行可以降低能量消耗,并因此而降低运行成本。应用DIN22101对带式输送机进行的设计,当计算带式输送机运行阻力时,未给出不同带速或填充率下的模拟阻力系数。基于相关文献中对所研究的不同阻力之间相互联系,对虚拟的带式输送机进行仿真计算证明,模拟阻力系数受填充率的影响很大,而受带速的影响较小。借助特征量“能量消耗率”,证明了在传统的填充量范围(60%~100%),通过控制带速而达到节能目的是不确切的。
In the German technical publications, some authors again and again proposed to control the belt speed of the belt conveyor system. The datum of the control was to keep the material filled rate on the conveyor to be 100%. That is to say a method should be applied to relatively reduce the belt conveyor in order to reach the high utilization rate target of the average conveying capacity. It is said that such type operation could reduce the energy consumption and thus could reduce the operation cost. The belt conveyor was designed with the DIN22101. During the calculation of the operation resistance for the belt conveyor, the simulated resistance coefficients under the different belt speeds or filling rate would not be provided. Base on the mutual relation between the different resistances in the related documents, the invented belt conveyor was verified buy the simulation and calculation. The simulated resistance coefficient had a high influence by the filling rare and had a small influence by the belt speed. With the feature quantity "energy consumption rate", the paper verified that within the traditional filling scope ( from 60% to 100% ) , the belt speed control would not be feasible to reach the energy saving target.
