摘要 [目的]探讨荷兰月季快速繁殖技术。[方法]以荷兰月季一年生枝条为试材,以MS为基本培养基,添加不同浓度激素,组配成具有不同激素组合的12种培养基,研究不同浓度的激素组合对无菌芽诱导、丛生芽增殖、成愈率、分化率及生根的影响,筛选出适合无菌芽诱导、丛生芽增殖和诱导愈伤的培养基和适合愈伤分化的培养基。[结果]在12种培养基中,适合无菌芽诱导的培养基为MS+BA1.0 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L NAA,腋芽诱导率最高达68.0%;适合丛生芽增殖培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,增殖倍数为3.6倍;适合产愈培养基为MS+3.0 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L NAA,产愈率最高达41.6%;适合分化培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L NAA,分化率最高为21.1%;适合生根培养基为MS+0.1 mg/L NAA+2.0 g/L活性炭,小苗移栽成活率高达90%以上。[结论]该研究为实现荷兰月季工厂化育苗奠定了基础。 [ Objective ] The purpose was to explore the rapid propagation technology of Netherlands Rosa chinensis. [ Method ] With 1-year-old branches of Netherlands R. chinensis as tested materials and MS as basic medium, adding the hormone with different conen, to prepare 12 kinds of medium with different hormone combination, the effects of hormone with different concn, on germ-free buds induction, clustered bud regeneration, induced callus rate, differen- tiation rate and rooting were researched, the culture medium suitable for germ-free buds induction, clustered bud generation and callus induction as well as the medium fitted for callus differentiation were screened. [ Result ] Among 12 mediuras, the medium suitable for germ-free buds induction was MS + 1.0 mg/L BA +0.2 mg/L NAA and the induction rate of axillary buds was 68.0% in maximaan;the medium fitted to clump buds regeneration was MS+ 1.0 mg/L BA + 0.1 mg/L NAA and the proliferation times was 3.6;the medium for inducing callus was MS + 3.0 mg/L BA + 0.2 mg/L NAAand the highest healing rate was 41.6% ;the medium for differentiation was MS + 2.0 mg/L BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA and rnaxirrmm differentiation rate was 21.1% ;the ronting medium was MS + 0.1 mg/L NAA + 2.0 g/L active carbon, and seedling transplanting survival rate was over 90%. [ Conclusion] The study laid a fotmdation for realizing industrial seeedling of Netherlands R. chinensis.
