摘要 [目的]研究不同栽培基质对鼠尾草扦插繁殖的影响,为鼠尾草繁殖生产提供依据。[方法]以园土、园土+有机肥、草炭+蛭石、草炭+沙子等4种材料为试验栽培基质,观察鼠尾草扦插苗生长发育动态。[结果]园土处理的植株现蕾、开花时间均比其他基质处理的延迟,花朵凋谢的时间与之相反,其余处理的植株现蕾、开花、花朵凋谢的时间差别不大。不同基质处理间的植株成活率差异不明显。在开花期,园土处理的株高、花序长度、花梗长度、叶片长度、叶片宽度都比其他处理的小,叶片数也比其他处理的少,其他处理的花序长度、叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶片数之间没有显著差异。植株鲜重、干重以园土+有机肥处理的最大,园土处理的最小。[结论]园土+有机肥、草炭+蛭石、草炭+沙子的混合基质都可用于鼠尾草的扦插繁殖生产。 [ Objective] The influence of the different matrixes on the multiplication of Australian srrmtgrass cutting was investigated to provide the basis for its production. [Method] Four kinds of substrate materials: garden soil(Treatment Ⅰ), garden soil + organic nmnure(Treatment Ⅱ), peat + vermiculite (Treatment Ⅲ) and peat + sand(Treatment Ⅳ), being used as such as the matrixes in the experiment, the dynamic growth and development of Australian smutgrass cutting were observed. [ Results] The budding and flowering of the plant in Treatment I was delayed compared with other treatments; and in contrast in its flower withering. There were no significant difference in the time of its budding, flowering and the flower withering among other three treatments. There was no significant difference in the survival rate of plant among treaanents. The plant height, At flowering stage, garden soil treatment, inflorescence length, pedicel length, leaf length and width, leaf number in the Treatment I was less than those of other treatments; and there were no significant difference in these characters among other three treatments. The largest plant fresh weight and dry weight appeared in Treatment II and the smallest value, in Treatment I. [ Conclusion] The mixed matrix of garden soil + organic manure, peat + vermiculite, peat + sand sage could he used in the muhiplication of Australian smutgrass cutting.
