穿心莲中穿心莲内酯的提取工艺研究

Study on Extraction Process of Andrographolide from Andrographis paniculata

[目的]对穿心莲中穿心莲内酯的提取工艺进行研究。[方法]首先对不同提取溶剂进行考察,然后采用正交试验、单因素试验进行条件优化。[结果]溶剂考察结果为以碱水、醇及水为溶剂时提取率分别为5.25‰、3.95‰、3.08‰;碱水提取时碱浓度为0.01%穿心莲内酯提取率最高,平均为5.64‰;醇提正交试验得出最佳工艺为10倍量85%乙醇提取2次,平均提取率为4.80‰。[结论]从提取率及经济性考虑,碱水溶液提取比乙醇溶液提取较佳。

[Objective]The research aimed to study the optimum extraction process of andrographolide from Andrographis paniculata （Burm. f. ）Nees. [Method] Firstly, different extraction solvent were studied to choose the best extract solvent, then two kind solvents, ethanol and alkaline extraction pro- cesses were optimized by the orthogonal experiment and the single factor experiment respectively. [Result] Solvent extraction study showed the extraction ratio of andrographolide by alkali, ethanol, water was 5.25‰, 3.95‰, 3.08‰ respectively. Results of different concentration of sodium carbonate water solution extraction experiment showed： 0.01% alkaline extraction could get the maximam extraction rate, the average extraction rate is 5.64‰.The best ethanol process was： adding 10 times of 85‰ethanol, refluxing for 2 times, the average extraction rate was 4.80‰. [Conclusion] Compared these two extract methods, the sodium carbonate extract was better.
