摘要
[目的]研究大戟科大戟属植物钩腺大戟(Euphorbia sieboldianaMerr et Decme.)根的化学成分。[方法]采用硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶柱层析等色谱技术分离化合物,并通过理化性质和波谱特征鉴定其结构。[结果]从钩腺大戟根的石油醚提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别为β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(-βamyrin acetate I)、2,4-二羟基-6-甲氧基-3-醛基-苯乙酮(2,4-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-3-alde-hydoacetophenone,Ⅱ、1-(2,4-二羟基-6-甲氧基-3-甲基)-苯乙酮[1-(2,4-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-3-methylphenyl)ethanone,Ⅲ]、3-甲氧基-4-羟基-反式苯丙烯酸正十八醇酯(octadecanyl-3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-benzeneacrylate IV)、β-谷甾醇(-βsitosterol,V)、二十八烷醇(1-octacosanol,VI)。[结论]所分得的6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
[ Objective] The research aimed to study the chemical constituents in the roots of Euphorbia sieboldiana Men et Decree. [Method] The chemical constituents were isolated by column chrormtography including silica gel and Sephadex LH-20,and their structures were identified by physicochemical and spectral characterisitcs. [Result] Six compounds were isolated from the petroleum benzine extract and the compounds were identified as β-amyrin acetate( Ⅰ), 2,4-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-3- alde- hydoacetophenone (Ⅱ), 1- ( 2, 4-dihydroxy-6- methoxy-3- methylphenyl ) ethanone (Ⅲ), octadecanyl-3- methoxy-4- hydroxy-benzeneacrylate(Ⅳ) ,β-sitosterol(Ⅴ), 1-octacosanol(Ⅳ).
