氟化钠对家蚕幼虫体液免疫功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 用0(对照)2、04、08、0和160 mg/L氟化钠溶液处理桑叶,分别对5龄家蚕每天添食,测定家蚕血淋巴中酚氧化酶、溶菌酶活性和抗菌活力的变化。结果表明,801、60 mg/L氟化钠处理组家蚕酚氧化酶活性从处理第1天开始明显降低,5龄内均显著低于对照组;160mg/L氟化钠处理组家蚕溶菌酶活性和抗菌活性随处理天数的增加逐渐降低,在处理第7天达到最低值。说明氟化钠对家蚕体液免疫具有明显的抑制作用。 The mulberry leaves were treated by 0, 20, 40, 80, 160 mg/L sodium fluoride resp. and the treated mulberry leaves were taken to feed 5 instar silkworm, the change of activities of phenoloxidase and lysozyme in hemolymph of silkworm and the change of its antibacterial activity were detected. The results showed that the phenoloxidase activity of silkworm in treatment with 80, 160 mg/L sodium fluoride began to decrease obviously from the 1st day of the treatment, and it was significantly lower than that of CK in 5 instar. The lysozyme activity and antibacterial activity of silkworm in treatment with 160 mg/L sodium fluoride was decreased gradually with the increase of treatment days, and reaching the lowest at the 7th day of treatment, which indicated that the sodium fluoride had obvious inhibition on humoral immune of silkworm.
