高等农业院校少数民族学生的培养思路与实践

The greatest difficulty in the construction of new countryside of minority areas was the scarcity of talents. The source and distribution of minority students in agricultural colleges and universities was stuntmrized as well as their roles in the construction of new countryside. Finally, taking Huazhong Agricultural University as a study case, the measures and practices for effectively cultivating new forces were analyzed to construct new countryside in the minority areas.
