摘要 介绍了影响水产品运输效率的主要因素,如水产品的自身条件、监控措施、温度和水质等。对传统密闭式运输法、无水湿法运输、干法运输、机组运输以及常用辅助运输手段等进行了详尽的阐述。提出了水产品保活运输中亟待解决的问题。 The main factors affecting the transportation of live aquatic products were introducted, which included fish species, monitoring measures, temperature, water quality etc. Transportation methods were summarized which were closed transportation, water-free tportation, dry transportation, transportation with equipment, and some assistant transportation measures. Firally , the probienrs in aquatic products transporting which should be solved urgently were put forwand.
