摘要
目的研究经气道应用脂质体携载前列腺素E1(L-PGE1)对油酸所致的大鼠急性肺损伤的保护作用。方法观察肺水肿的程度,测定肺组织碱性磷酸酶(ALP)与血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)的活性。结果L-PGE1明显降低了损伤大鼠的肺系数(P<0.01)和肺湿重/干重比(P<0.05),显著提高了肺组织的ALP(P<0.01)与ACE(P<0.05)的活性。L-PGE1的作用明显优于游离的PGE1或空白脂质体。结论气道内给予L-PGE1对治疗急性肺损伤具有良好的效果。
bjective To investigate the effects of intratracheally administered liposomeencapsulated prostaglandin E1(LPGE1) on oleic acidinduced acute lung injury in rats.Methods The degree of pulmonary edema and the activities of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE)of the lung tissues were observed.Results LPGE1 markedly decreased pulmonary coefficient( P<0.01) and rate of lung wet weight/dry weight( P<0.05),and greatly enhanced the activities of ALP( P<0.01)and ACE( P<0.05).The protective role of PGE1 was significantly better than that of free PGE1 or plain liposome.Conclusion:LPGE1,administered intratracheally,may serve as a potentially effective agent in the treatment of acute lung damage.
