癫痫患儿外周血单个核细胞分泌TNFα、IL1β及血清TNFα、sIL-2R的研究

摘要 目的探讨癫痫患儿细胞因子改变的机理。方法用ELISA和RIA测定60例癫痫患儿(其中23例服用PB,13例服用CBZ,24例未服药)及20例对照者的外周血单个核细胞分泌的TNFα、IL1β及血清TNFα、sIL-2R。结果PB组、未治疗组、CBZ组上述四项指标均显著高于对照组,而三组癫痫患儿之间无明显差异,且与癫痫患儿病程、脑电图有否痫样放电无关。结论细胞因子的改变可能是癫痫免疫功能损害的细胞分子学机理之一,在该病的发病机制中起一定的作用。 bjective To explore the relation between epilepsy and cytokines.Methods Tumor necrosis factorα (TNFα),interlukin1β(IL1β)secreted by peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) and TNFα,soluble interlukin2 receptor(sIL2R) in serum form 60 epileptic children(23 with PB,13 with CBE,24 without medication)and 20 controls were studied.Results The four above parametrs increased respectively,as compared with those of the control group.There was no statistical difference between each group of the patients treated with different antiepileptic drugs(AEDs) and untreated patients.No correlation was found with the course of epilepsy,epileptiform discharge in electroencephalogram.Conclusion:The network of epileptic immunoregulation was in a state of imbalance.The alteration of these cytokines may be one of the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying the characteristic impairment in the immune system of epilepsy and play a role in pathogensis of epilepsy.
