摘要
目的本研究旨在探讨piwill、piwil3和piwil4在宫颈癌组织与宫颈正常组织中的差异性表达,为进一步确定其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用奠定基础。方法根据已知的3条基因序列设计合成3对特异性引物,利用RTPCR检测9对宫颈癌组织及癌旁正常组织的piwill、piwil3和piwil4 mRNA水平,并以β-actin基因为标准进行对比。结果宫颈癌组织piwill、piwil3和piwil4的表达水平明显高于正常组织。结论piwill、piwil3和piwil4在宫颈癌中的表达提示其可能参与了宫颈癌的发生发展过程。
Objective To determine the differential expression of piwill, piwil3 and piwil4 in cervix cancers and normal cervix tissues. Methods Three pairs of specific primers were designed according to the known sequence of piwill, piwil3 and piwil4 mRNA. Real-time PCR assay was conducted to detect the mRNA level of piwill, piwil3 and piwil4 in 9 counterparts of cervix cancers and normal cervix tissues. Results piwill, piwil3 and piwil4 were observed to be overexpressed in cervix cancers compared to normal cervix tissues (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Overexpression of piwill, piwil3 and piwil4 may contribute to the pathogenesis of cervix cancer.
