从“新规范”看工程造价人员应增强的四种意识

Four kinds of consciousness for engineering costing persons based on new code

本文通过对比我国颁布实施的两个工程量清单计价规范,即《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》GB50500-2003和GB50500-2008,总结出08规范的新特点,由此提炼出对具体贯彻者——工程造价人员提出的新要求,提出了为适应新环境造价人员应增强的四种意识。

In terms of comparing two codes,that are 〈THE CODE ON BILL OF QUANTITIES PRICING OF ENGINEERING WORKS〉issued in 2003 and 2008 respectively,this paper summarizes the new characteristics which requires higher abilities for engineering costing persons.In order to adapt to this brand new environment,they should make good efforts to enhance four kinds of conciousness for themselves.
