义齿软衬材料在口腔修复中的应用及其组织相容性 被引量:8

摘要 全口义齿修复中常能遇到一些疑难问题,例如牙槽嵴高度吸收后,支持骨受力不均或集中于局部;或者牙槽嵴呈刃状,其上黏膜过薄;戴义齿后义齿组织面看似密合,但有反复压痛;软硬组织倒凹大,义齿摘戴时基托边缘压迫产生疼痛;义齿下牙槽嵴受压不均匀造成义齿性口炎;义齿不密合产生压痛或固位力减低。义齿软衬材料做为粘附在基托基托组织面,固化后有一定弹性的义齿衬垫材料,很好的解决这些问题。文章介绍了义齿软衬材料在口腔修复中的应用与相容性研究。 Knotty problems such as uneven loading distribution of supporting bone after alveolar bone resorption; mucosa is too thin due to knife margin of alveojar crest; pain resulted by tissue surface of base plate; undercut is too great which result in pain in wearing and removing artificial teeth; base margin received uneven compression that result in denture stomatitis; and nonbonding of artificial teeth lead to pain or decrease retention force are common in complete dentures. As e kind of elastic denture liner material after solidification, tissue surface of base plate with soft denture liner has provided a solution to above problems. This paper introduced the application and histocompatibility of soft lining materials in oral cavity repair.
