叛逆:显性?隐性?——从文化构建看文学翻译中的叛逆

Treason in Literary Translation from the Perspective of Cultural Construction

传统译学理论将叛逆诠释为"不忠实于原文"。这一诠释难免会将翻译的任务导向一个误区,即翻译只要忠实于原作便达到了其目的。本研究认为,根据译者忠实的对象不同,叛逆有"显性"和"隐性"之分,二者不仅仅是外在的变形,更多地反映了译者不同的"文化取向",在各国文化构建中起着重要的作用。译者应正确运用这两种类型的叛逆,扬长避短,使其更好地服务于世界文化的共同繁荣与和谐发展。

Treason has been interpreted as ＂being not faithful to the original＂ in the traditional point of view. The interpretation might result in misunderstanding the main task or purpose of translation as loyalty to the original author. In light of the object of the translator＇s loyalty, this research classifies treason into ＂overt treason＂ and ＂covert treason＂. Revealing different cultural attitudes of translators, both types contribute a lot to the cultural construction of different countries. The translator should appropriately adopt the two in translation so that they can play a better role in promoting the prosperity and harmonious development of the world culture.
