药物洗脱支架在急性心肌梗死治疗中的应用
摘要
在急性心肌梗死（AMI）直接经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）中置入支架已成为常规，但金属裸支架（BMS）置入后的再狭窄发生率仍高达20％-30％。药物洗脱支架（DES）出现后大大降低了再狭窄的发生率，DES已广泛应用于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）的介入治疗。AMI并未列入DES的说明书应用范围之内（off label），以往评价DES的主要随机试验往往排除了AMI患者，此外，
