刘少奇在中央苏区时期的经济建设思想及实践

Liu Shaoqi's Thoughts and Practice of Economic Construction in the Central Soviet Area

刘少奇在中央苏区工作期间,十分重视苏区的经济建设,并进行了有益的探索。其主要思想体现在:批评"左"的《劳动法》,反对和纠正劳资关系中的"左"倾错误,保护苏区经济的稳定发展;提出要订立适合劳资双方情况的合同并认真履行;主张不宜过早消灭私人资本,而要合理利用私人资本发展苏维埃经济;提出富有现代意识的企业厂长负责制管理思想;号召工人用新的态度对待新的劳动,积极参加苏区经济建设;等等。他的这些经济建设思想在苏区企业发展中起了重要作用。

During the period of working in the Central Soviet Area, Liu Shaoqi paid much attention to economic construction and made some beneficial exploration in this aspect. His main thoughts were seen in criticizing the ＂leftist＂ Labor Law, opposing and correcting the ＂leftism＂ error in the labor-capital relationship, and protecting the stable development of the economy of the Central Soviet Area; claiming that contracts suitable for the conditions of labor and capital should be established and performed; protesting that private capital should not be perished too early but should be utilized reasonably to develop the soviet economy; bringing forward the management thought of factory director responsibility system with modem consciousness; calling upon the workers to treat work with a new attitude and take an active part in the economic construction of the Soviet Area. These thoughts of economic construction played an important role in the development of enterprises in the Central Soviet Area.
