胡锦涛总书记在新春伊始视察井冈山发表的重要讲话中,提出了"三保一弘扬"的要求,即"大力弘扬井冈山精神,全力以赴保增长,千方百计保民生,加大力度保稳定"。"三保一弘扬"是一个完备严密的逻辑体系,弘扬井冈山精神与做好"三保"工作之间存在着密切的关系。贯彻落实"三保一弘扬",要求我们切实贯彻落实科学发展观;积极构建和谐社会;不断加强党的执政能力建设。

In his important speech released during the visit to Jinggangshan in the spring this year, General Secretary Hu Jintao brought forward the requirement of ＂carrying forward the Jinggangshan Spirit, trying our best to maintain growth, making every attempt to maintain people＇s well -being, and making more efforts to maintain social stability. ＂ This requirement is a self-contained, rigorous logical system, and a close relation exists between carrying forward the Jinggangshan Spirit and doing well the work of maintaining growth, people＇ s well - being and social stability. To carry through this requirement, we must fulfill the Scientific Outlook on Development, build the socialism harmonious society, and strengthen the construction of the Party＇ s governance capability.
