摘要
突发公共事件中媒体的舆论引导力是应对危机、解决问题的重要手段。影响媒体舆论引导力的因素是多方面的,主要表现在三个方面:首先,由于突发公共事件的特殊性,媒体舆论引导区别于一般常态。其次,媒体环境和媒体自身特点也对舆论引导提出了要求。第三,媒体必须在与政府、受众以及其他媒体的互动中产生共鸣,才能形成舆论合力。
The factors that impact the media are mainly in three respects: First, because of the specificity of public emergency, the guidance of public opinion is different from the general norm. Secondly, the media circumstances and the media characteristics decide the way to guide public opinion. Third, the media must resonate with the government, the audience, as well as other media, in order to construction the public opinion.
