甲醇变压逆流双效精馏系统工艺模拟与优化 被引量:6

摘要 对粗甲醇的精馏工艺方法进行了评述,提出以变压逆流工艺实现精馏系统内热集成,达到节能目的.建立了变压逆流双效精馏系统工艺模型,基于序贯模块法的稳态过程模拟进行流程模拟计算,得到了该流程的基本数据,对具有热集成的精馏系统加压精馏塔操作压力对分离的影响、冷凝再沸器传热温差、分离要求对精馏节能的影响等方面进行对比研究并优化.结果表明:变压逆流热集成的甲醇双效精馏工艺差压小,是宜选的流程,可以节蒸气25.5%,节冷却水31.6%. Different distillation processes of methanol-water mixture solution were evaluated and compared. A pressure swing distillation with countercurrent heat integration process was adopted to substitute normal distillation process to save energy. The pressure swing distillation process model was established, simulation calculation was done by steady state method. The operation parameters of distillation separation system were discussed and optimized to minimize the energy consumption. The results show that the pressure swing distillation with countercurrent process requires smaller pressure difference and can save 25.5 percent of steam and 31.6 percent of cooling water.
