摘要 植物中重金属含量测定是研究重金属在土壤-植物系统内迁移、富集的基础.采用湿法消解玉米植物叶片样品,其消解液中的锌、铜、铅、铬和镉5种重金属用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定.方法简便、准确,玉米植物叶片中锌的相对标准偏差为6.4%;铜的相对标准偏差为1.6%;铅的相对标准偏差为1.1%;铬的相对标准偏差为2.8%;镉的相对标准偏差为7.7%.方法的加标回收率锌为80.3%-85.1%;铜为81.1%-82.0%;铅为91.3%-94.7%;铬为88.7%-90.7%;镉为83.3%.该法适用于玉米植物中重金属含量的测定. Determination of heavy metals in plants is the foundation to study migration and enrichment of heavy metals in the soil-plant system. The corn plants are pretreated by wet digestion methods,in which the zinc, copper,lead,chrome, cadmium in the digesting aqua of the contaminated plant are analyzed by the flames atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The methods are simple and accurate. The RSD of the zinc in the corn plants is 6.4% , the RSD of the copper is 1.6% , the RSD of the lead is 1.1% , the RSD of the chrome is 2.8 % , and the RSD of the cadmium is 7.7%. The recovery of zinc is 80.3% - 85.1% ,the recovery of copper is 81.1% - 82.0% ,the recovery of lead is 91.3% -94.7% ,the recovery of chrome is 88.7% -90.7% ,the recovery of cadmium is 83.3%. The method is applicable for the determination of the heavy metals in the corn plant.
