职技高师管理学科实验教学体系构建

Construction of Experimental Teaching System of Management Disciplines in Vocational and Technical Teachers' Colleges

根据职技高师人才培养目标,构建"两模块、四层次、四能力"的管理学科实验教学体系。体系包括课程实验教学和开放性实验两个模块,前者包括基础实验、学科基础实验、学科专业实验和独立实验四种类型,每种实验又分为演示性实验、验证性实验、综合设计性实验和研究创新性实验四个层次;后者包括毕业论文、本科生课外活动、教师科研实验和对社会服务四大类型。通过实验教学体系的实施,培养学生的科学研究能力、社会实践能力、创新能力和创业能力。

According to the talent cultivation goals of vocational and technical teachers' colleges, the experimental teaching system of 'two modules, four-level, four capacity'for management disciplines was built, which include two modules of experimental teaching and open experiments, and the former include four types: basic experiments, subject basis experiments, subject professional experiments and subject independent experiments, and each experiment is divided into four levels: demonstration experiments, validation experiments, integrated design experiments and research innovative experiments; the latter include four major types of graduate dissertation, undergraduate extracurricular activities, teachers' scientific experiments and social services. Through the implementation of experimental teaching system, vocational and technical teachers' colleges can cultivate the scientific research abilities, social practice abilities, innovation abilities and entrepreneurship abilities of students.
