“助理辅导生”制度在数控技术专业人才培养过程中的实践

河北机电职业技术学院数控技术专业推行"助理辅导生"制度,即在进入专业课程学习之前,择优选拔5～8名学生作为"助理辅导生",使他们提前接触专业知识,接受专业技能训练,然后再发挥其传、帮、带的作用,为其他学生及时提供专业学习辅导,在解决专业师资不足问题的同时也促进了学生专业成长。

The NC technology specialty in Hebei Vocational and Technical College of Mechanics and Electricity implemented the system of 'assistant counseling students', and the material procedures are: before studying professional courses, selecting 5 to 8 students as 'assistant counseling students', and making them learn professional knowledge and accept professional skills training in advance, and then playing their roles of help for other students to provide timely professional counseling for other students as well as promoting the professional growth of students in the process of addressing the shortage of professional teachers.
