Development of Curriculum Programs of Toys Design and Manufacturing Specialty Based on Working Process LU Fei-yue, QU Chuan-yu, GAN Qing-jun Abstract： According to the investigation results, Panyu Vocational and Technical College identified the cultivation objectives of toys design and manufacturing specialty are the production engineers and product engineers. In accordance with the principles of professional growth law, consistency of working task nature and relevance of working content, the typical working tasks are merged to form corresponding action fields and learning fields, and the teaching arrangements of every learning situation follow the cognitive laws and professional growth rules, which manifest the relationship of parallelism, progression and inclusiveness.
