企业关系资本理论的若干问题研究被引量：4

摘要随着市场竞争环境的日益激烈,企业间的合作也日渐增多。文章对新近出现的企业关系资本理论的相关研究作了一个系统的回顾。在对企业关系资本研究的现实背景和理论背景简单介绍的基础上,详细分析了企业关系资本的理论内涵、关系资本的度量等问题,最后对从动态能力的视角,对企业关系资本的功能进行了阐述。
