企业组织绩效管理胜任力研究 被引量:4

摘要 企业组织绩效管理作为企业人力资源管理的核心部分,在管理过程中影响员工的行为和公司目标的实现。文章介绍了胜任力的发展、胜任力模型;然后通过某企业的案例分析,在企业绩效管理现状中提出企业员工个人绩效管理流程,试图为企业员工的绩效管理提供一种新的思路。
