当代中国正逐步进入城市化高速发展的阶段，城市环境问题日趋严重，引入关注，在钱学森教授倡导的“山水城市”的启发下，对城市建筑和城市空间环境细胞提出了构想──艺术山水生态建筑及人居生态环境，并与房地产开发商合作，力图在西安得以尝试。

China is entering the peorid of rapid urbanization growth gradually now. Urban enviornment problems are more serious day and day and concerned by many people. Under the theory of Shan Shui city directing urban planning which is established by . pro- fessor Qian Xuesen. A plot of urban architecture and urban space enviornment cell is put forward , which is art Shan Shui ecological architecture and enviorment. Some experiments is bingtried to make by co -operation with property investors in Xi'an.
