摘要
采用施加轴向压力的方法以降低陶瓷－金属钎焊接头的残余应力．结果表明：轴压在一定范围内，降低残余应力的效果较明显．
In this paper axial loading is adopted in order to reduce the tensile residual stress.The results reveal that the magnitude of applied load has a great influence to reduce the tensile residual stress in some extent.
