自拟行气活血方治疗肝经郁热型带状疱疹35例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Self-made Formula to Promote Circulation of Qi and Activate Blood on Herpes Zoster of TCM Syndrome of Heat Stagnated in Liver Meridian

目的观察自拟行气活血方治疗肝经郁热型带状疱疹的疗效。方法将70例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,分别给予自拟行气活血方和龙胆泻肝汤中药水煎剂口服,两组均口服阿昔洛韦缓释片并外敷二味拔毒散为基础治疗。基础治疗用药1周,中药方剂口服2周,用药2周后判定疗效。结果试验组缓解疼痛较对照组明显(P<0.05),两组患者缓解症状疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,试验组1例出现后遗神经痛,对照组4例出现后遗神经痛。在缓解疼痛方面,试验组总有效率为77.14%,对照组总有效率为58.06%,试验组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟行气活血方治疗肝经郁热型带状疱疹疗效肯定,未发生不良反应。

Objective To observe the effect of self-made formula to promote circulation of qi and activate blood on herpes zoster of TCM syndrome of heat stagnated in liver meridian. Methods The 70 herpes zoster cases of heat stagnated in liver meridian in TCM syndrome were randomized into treatment group and control group. Two groups were administered respectively the self-made formula and Longdan Xiegan Decoction for oral taking for two weeks based on the treatment of Acyclovir Sustained Release Tablets and Erwei Badu Powder （Powder of Two herbs for removing toxins） for external application for one week. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after two weeks＇treatment. Results The pain relieve in the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in both groups in relieving symptoms （P〉0. 05）. One month after treatment, only one case in the treatment group but 4 in the the control group had postherpetic neuralgia. Comparing the two groups in pain relieving, the total effective rate of treatment group was 77.14%, better than that of the control group, 58.06%, the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The self-made formula to promote circulation of qi and activate blood has definit effect on herpes zostcr TCM syndrome of heat stagnated in liver meridian and no adverse effect was found.
