摘要
介绍了本溪钢铁公司和海特钢管厂联合研制石油套管用N80钢和ERW套管的情况。对研制的N80钢和ERW套管的化学成分、拉伸性能、冲击韧性、金相组织等进行了试验和分析。经中国石油天然气集团公司管材研究所评定,各项性能指标完全能够满足API SPEC5CT标准的要求。
This article introduced NS0 steel applied in oil casing which was developed by Benxi Iron and Steel Group Co. ,Ltd. and Haite Steel Plant, as well as ERW casing situation. Chemical composition, tensile property, impact toughness, metallographic structure and other aspect of N80 steel and ERW casing were tested and analyzed. Tubular Goods Research Center of CNPC assessed every performance index, and the results showed every performance index can fully meet requirements of API SPEC 5CT standard.
