摘要
对精密管材进行倍尺矫直,能够有效地提高成品管材的收得率,但受辊数效应和斜辊矫直甩动影响,常常会导致倍尺管材矫直精度的严重下降。通过合理设计前、后台设备,能够有效地减轻上述影响,稳定矫直倍尺精密管材。
Straightening multiple length precision tube can effectively increase rate of finished products. However, effect from rollers numbers and slope roller swing move, it will result in straightening precision greatly falling. Through reasonable designing the front and behind machine,it can effectively to lighten the above effection and stably straighten multiple length precision tube.
