介绍了一种在不改变现有工艺流程、不增加辅助设备情况下,操作简单、结构新颖、经济实用的半自动等离子引(熄)弧板切割装置的结构原理和使用方法。与以往使用的手持乙炔割枪切割,在成本消耗、对后道工序的影响等方面相比,该装置经济有效。

This article introduced structure principle and usage of semi-automatic plasma run-on and run-off tab device which possess some characteristics, such as simple operation,structure novelty and economical and practical under without changing current procedure and no need to add auxiliary equipment. Comparing its cost consumption and effect on the behind process with that of manual acetylene cutting torch,the results showed this device is economic and efficient.
