规制效果与我国食品安全规制制度创新 被引量:2

Studying on the Regulation Effect and Innovation of Food Safety Regulating System in China

摘要 食品安全规制效果取决于法律制度环境、规制职能分配、对违规行为的惩罚力度、食品安全标准以及信息披露制度等,而我国食品安全规制制度在这些方面都存在缺陷,不利于食品安全规制效果的提高。因此,需要对食品安全规制制度进行创新,以提高规制效果,保障公众的生命健康权。 The effect of food safety regulation is influenced by legal environment, distribution of regulatory power, punishment on violation, food safety standards and the information disclosure system. However, defects existed in food safety regulation system in China make against the effect of regulation. It is necessary to innovate regulating system for improving the food safety regulation and ensure life and health right of the public.
