摘要 本文运用5A分子筛为吸附剂的固定床吸附分离技术将石脑油中的正构烷烃分离,探讨了不同压力、温度、空速以及吸附剂使用周期对吸附分离效果的影响,结果表明压力为0.5 MPa、温度为300℃、脱附空速230 h-1为较好的分离条件,且吸附剂在使用了520个周期后仍具有较好的分离效果,为工业设计提供了数据基础。 The separation of normal paraffin from naphtha were studied with 5A sieves as adsorbent in fixed - bed. Impact of adsorptive conditions was investigated by pressure, temperature, space velocity and periodical usage of adsorbent. The results showed that the optimum conditions were 0.5MPa of operation pressure, 300℃ of temperature, 230 h^-1 of desorption space velocity. Furthermore the adsorptive separation was still good after adsorbents were used with 520 periods. These results provided basic data for the further industrial design.
