摘要
目的:研究接骨木Sambucus williamsii茎枝的化学成分。方法:采用60%乙醇提取,经D101大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20,ODS,制备型HPLC等各种现代分离手段,对接骨木中的木脂素类成分进行分离纯化,用波谱学方法对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到了7个木脂素类化合物,包括erythro-guaiaeylglyeerol-β-O-4'-sinapyl ether(1),1-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxyphenyl)-2-[4”-(3-hydroxy—propyl)-2”,6”-dimethoxyphenoxy]propane-1,3-diol(2),异落叶松树脂醇(3),bursel—ignan(4),lyoniresinol(5),5-甲氧基-异落叶松树脂醇(6),环橄榄树脂素(7)。结论:化合物1—7均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constitutents of the 60% ethanol extract of the stems of Sambucus williamsii. Method: Compounds were isolated and purified by Diaion D101, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS column chromatography and preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. Result: Seven lignans were isolated and identified as erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4 '-sinapyl ether ( 1 ), 1 - ( 4 '-hydroxy-3 '-methoxyphenyl ) -2- [ 4”- ( 3-hydroxypropyl ) -2”, 6”-dimethoxyphenoxy ] propane-1,3-diol (2), isolariciresinol (3), burselignan (4), lyoniresinol (5), 5-methoxy-isolariciresinol 6 ), cycloolivil (7). Conclusion: All these compounds were obtained from this genus for the first time.
