白花蛛毛苣苔中的三萜类成分 被引量:6

Triterpenes and triterpene glycosides from aerial part of Paraboea glutinosa

摘要 目的:对苦苣苔科药用植物白花蛛毛苣苔Paraboea glutinosa化学成分进行研究。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱,Sepha-dex LH-20等手段进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从醋酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位分离鉴定了5个化合物:2α,3β,19α,24-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oate(24-hydroxytormentic acid,1),glucosyl-2α,3β,19α,24-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(24-hydroxytormentic acid ester glucoside,2),28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-24-hydroxytormenticacid(3),β-谷甾醇(4),胡萝卜苷(5)。结论:5个化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents from aerial part of Paraboea glutinosa. Method: The compounds were isolated with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral data analysis. Result: Five compounds were isolated and identified as 2α,3β,19α, 24-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oate (24-hydroxytormentic acid,l), glucosyl-2α,3β,19α, 24-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oate (24-hydroxytormentic acid ester glucoside,2), 28-O-β-Dglucopyranosyl ( 1 →6 ) -β-D-glucopyranosyl-24-hydroxytormentic acid (3),β-sitosterol (4), daucosterol ( 5 ). Conclusion: All these compounds were isolated from the genus Paraboea for the first time.
