摘要
目的;研究少毛北前胡Peucedanum harry—smithii var.subglabrum的香豆素类化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱法及制备薄层色谱法对少毛北前胡甲醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从少毛北前胡中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为补骨脂素(psoralen,1),佛手柑内酯(bargapten,2),花椒毒素(xanthotoxin,3),异紫花前胡苷元(marrnesin,4),伞形花内酯(umbelliferone,5),东莨菪内酯(scopoletin,6),(±)peuformosin(7),Pd—Ⅰb(8),丝立尼亭[(±)selinidin,9],白花前胡丁素(praeruptorin D,Pd-Ⅱ10)。结论:1-8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
The root of Peucedanum harry-smithii var. subglabrum was extracted with methanol, then saparated with solvents at different polarity into four fractions : aqueous ( H2O), ethyl acetate ( AcOEt), chloroform ( CHCl3 ) and petroleum ether ( DAB-6 ). From AcOEt psoralen, bargapten, xanthotoxin, marmesin, umbelliferone, scopoletin, ( ±) peuformosin, Pd- Ⅰ b, ( ±) selinidin, praeruptorin D were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, using petroleum ether/ethyl acetate as eluent. The structures of the coumarins were identified by ^1H-NMR and ^13 C-NMR.
