摘要 高产高效特大型煤矿的主斜井提升一般都采用长运距、大运量的强力胶带式输送机,在启动过渡过程中,输送带中产生很大的动张力,可能导致输送带的整体或局部滑动,产生很大的附加位移和冲击,甚至损坏机件。因此在设计时应全面分析、综合考虑各种因素,进行优化设计才能满足煤矿生产的需要。 The elevation of main slant for high yield highly active large scaled coal mine would generally adopting the long transportation distance big volume mightiness rubber belt conveyer. In the transition course of starting-up there would be producing very big dynamic tensile force in the conveyer belt and may lead to an overall or partial slippage of the conveyer belt and produce very big additional displacement and impact or even damaging the component parts. Therefore various factors should be fully analyzed and synthetically considered during the design and the production needs of coal mine could only be satisfied by carrying out the optimization design.
